Brian Weigum
CEO & Founder
Brian and his wife Tiffany are proud owners of multiple multifamily apartment complexes. Together, they are active members of the National Apartment Association, Texas Apartment Association, and the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas.
Brian attended Florida State University, where he studied Information Technology. Following graduation, he worked in IT for several companies, leveraging his expertise to implement cutting-edge technologies that improve productivity. His key strengths include problem-solving, project management, contract negotiation, and customer service, all of which contribute to the success of their real estate ventures. -
Tiffany Weigum
President & Co-Founder
Tiffany has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. As a Senior Controller at Greystar, she leads a team overseeing more than 140 multifamily properties. In 2020, she co-founded New Horizons REI Group and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Tiffany earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University in 1997. She is also an active member of the National Apartment Association, Texas Apartment Association, and the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas.
